Do you know that you can save your DaVinci Resolve 16 projects to your external hard drive? This will not only allow you to save storage on your computer but also have a backup of your project.
Saving your projects on your computer can take a lot of space. If like me, every time that you edit a video, your memory gets full. Then this post is for you!
1. Go to DaVinci Resolve 16
First, connect your external hard drive, and once you are done open the software. This is what you will see on your screen.

Then, you will have to look at the bottom left corner of the screen. There is a button named “New Database“. Click on it.
3. Create New Database
In order to create a New Database click on “create“.
4. Connect your external hard drive
To connect your external hard drive click on “location“. Then, “create“.
